LOBSTER ARMORICAINE RAVIOLI

These lobster ravioli contain large chunks of East Coast hard shell lobster cooked in a rich tomato, white wine and Cognac-based sauce. For decadence the lobster meat is enveloped in a bed of creamed rice steeped in butter and garlic along with a dollop of ricotta and béchamel.
