Thank you for your interest in Peretti Pasta! Pasta is our passion and we are so excited to share it with you.
We are a family run business founded by our Chef Alex and his wife Jolene. The Peretti name honours the memory of their Mamie (Grandmother). The daughter of a fine Italian immigrant to France, Mamie married a decorated Polish soldier at the end of WWII. She was known for her diverse cooking, hospitality to the masses, sophisticated taste, and her exquisite picnics.
At Peretti pasta we are always experimenting and trying new things in the kitchen.
We are currently only selling through local retailers in London Ontario and the surrounding areas.
